Our designers will meet with you and your marketing team for a design consultation to discuss and understand your project direction and target market. From this consultation, we will determine the scope of work and provide you with a design services proposal tailored to your project.

After we have determined the direction of your project, we will begin designing, starting with plans and exteriors. At this phase, we will review exterior elevations and floor plans, and make recommendations to enhance architectural features, flow and function.

At this phase, we provide specification packages for exterior and interior colour schemes, lighting, and plumbing. We also provide drawings for any feature millwork needed including common and amenity areas.

We provide you with a final interior design package, which includes final drawings, finishes and fixture specifications with all the information and details to issue for tender (IFT). We work with developers and their consultants through the tender process to construction (IFC).

We work with you and your marketing team to design a custom show suite and sales centre, tailored to your project for optimum sales. We provide a furniture and accessory package, place orders, manage deliveries and complete a final site set-up.
