Our designers will meet with you for a design consultation to review your project goals, design style, budget, and timeline. From this consultation, we will determine our scope of work and provide you with a design services proposal tailored to your project.

After we have determined your project goals, we will start designing your space. At this phase, we create preliminary space plans and elevations of feature design elements. We will present finishes and fixtures selections for your approval.

Following the approval of the preliminary designs, we will finalize plans, and work out the design details. This phase includes complete plans, elevations and millwork drawings with dimensions, notes and typical construction details. Approved finishes and fixtures will be put into a specification format with detailed installation notes.

We provide you with the final interior design package, ready to submit to the city for building permit, with all the information and details ready for construction. You will also receive a finishes and fixtures specification package ready for ordering.

We offer project management services for renovations or tenant improvements. Once all documentation is complete, it is time to turn your design concept into reality. We will work with other trades and professionals, keeping your project on budget and on schedule.

Furniture and accessories are the final elements needed to create a complete and cohesive design project. We provide a furniture plan along with furniture, artwork, accessories & drapery selections. Once approved we place orders, manage deliveries and will complete a final site set-up.
